Hi, there! What we've done in this section is to try and tell you a little more about how I got going as an angler, where I think the sport is heading and some of my fondest carp angling memories. In the coming months I'll be answering questions sent in (via the Carp Bible team) and shedding light on many aspects of carp fishing.

I first went fishing with a little net in the Surrey Docks Canal at the age of 3, fished with a float (or matchstick) for anything that was daft enough to take my bait from the age of 6 and started carp fishing in 1970 at the age of 13.
